Nyrie Trotter
As the Event Co-ordinator at Longworth House, Nyrie is the principal point of contact and source of knowledge for event planning. Her extensive experience in the industry, good nature and love of people, was recently recognised when she won the NSW AHA award for Excellence in Service.

Michael Pelosi
As the product of a traditional Italian family, from an early age Michael developed an appreciation of abundant and excellent food. The dinner table in the Pelosi household is usually obscured by platters of various traditional Italian dishes. The pasta freshly made and the sauces, hours in the making, using ingredients from the family garden. These beginnings have fostered in Michael a passion for eating in company, for freshness and for variety.
As the General Manager of Longworth House, Michael brings the same passion to his work. You can meet him in the tapas lounge wednesday through to saturday or assisting Nyrie with events.
Matthew Allanson
Our Novocastrian Head Chef has benefited from a broad experience of cuisine cultures. This has enabled him to impart his distinctive style even when catering for large numbers of people (something he has been doing for years.)
Matthew's cooking can be sampled in the tapas lounge, where he often adds to an already extensive tapas menu, with clever combinations of the best seasonal produce, making the Longworth experience unique and evolutionary.

Richelle Beatty
This very talented Pastry Chef has been responsible for the creation of many of the most beautiful and original wedding and special occasion cakes for Newcastle over recent years. Her practice of the art of cake artistary is driven by passion for her craft. Her creations are always a proud centrepiece to a special occassion.
