Jeremy has recently returned from four years in Canada to join our team as Head Chef. Jeremy has created a casual and fun sharing menu for The Williams Bar bringing some Canadian smokey tastes to the menu. Jeremy also oversees our function menus using only local and fresh ingredients to ensure that your function choices are scrumptious and memorable. Jeremy is happy to meet with you to discuss your catering needs and can adapt his menu to suit any taste.
Daniel has worked in bars from the moment he turned eighteen. From pouring beers at a bowling club, to making extravagant cocktails in fine dining restaurants, he really has enjoyed gaining experience from best of both worlds.
Daniel now focuses on providing excellent products and customer service, using fresh and seasonal ingredients to give you a taste experience like no other.
